white wednesday in my kitchen...

Good Morning! Kathleen over at Faded Charm is hosting White Wednesday and today I thought I would show you a few whites from my kitchen... This crown canister is from Homegoods and the plate was my Mom's. Look at the wonderful detail in the plate... Do any of you shop at Pier One? I think the store has changed so much over the years but every once in a while I pop in. I found these last summer... My Mom had quite a collection of roosters in her kitchen. I kept a few which I have in my downstairs kitchen. I occasionally bring this one up... He sits next to my recipe box... Old McCoy pottery... Cute little drawer pull... The flowers from my weekend party are still looking beautiful...
Thank you Kathleen for hosting today! Before you go and check out all the other dreamy whites take a moment and visit Paula over at Castle and Cottage ~ she is having a giveaway!! I will be keeping my fingers crossed ~ although I did buy one of Paula's signs for my kitchen... Well, thank you all for stopping by for White Wednesday in my kitchen!

Your whites are so beautiful! I like to browse Pier One but I rarely buy anything, they're so expensive!

Lovely whites. I agree about Pier One, but I do still pop in every once in a while. It is a great place to buy Christmas gifts for under $25...I can always find something. I love that Patisserie sign you have. And it was nice to see that someone else still has Windsor chairs...do you remember when they were the thing to have? About what, 15 years ago? That is when we purchased our farmtable with windsor chairs...now they are so outdated, but I keep thinking they may make a come back. I will never ever get rid of the farmtable...it is a nice big chunky one with carvings underneath by my kids when they were little...one saying "I love mommy".
