pixie dust moment...

Our Holiday Open House was a huge success on opening day!
A big Thank You to everyone who shopped with us!
We enjoyed seeing our regular customers as well as meeting some new ones, some who found us through our mention in Flea Market Style Magazine!

I hinted the other day that I had some exciting news to share.

Well...

Sandy from My Shabby Streamside Studio contacted me (yes, little old me!) and asked if I was interested in helping her sell one of her mirrors from her gorgeous studio...

*Sigh*

I was over the moon with excitement and I must say, nervous to meet her.  The beauty she creates and captures in these photos is so inspiring to me.
And then the moment finally arrived...

Sandy and her sister Nicki at The Wrentham Country Store

It was so nice to meet both of them.  They browsed around the shop for a while and then Nicki took some pictures for us (thank you Nicki!)...

Mary Ellen, me and Sandy

It was fun to chat with her about her appearance on The Nate Berkus show, meeting Rachel Ashwell as well as being featured in Rachel's latest book.
Thank you Sandy for spending time with me and letting me get to know you a bit.  It truly was a pixie dust moment for me to meet you!

Her gorgeous mirror might be available for sale in my booth sometime this week...

I say "might" because I am enjoying it over my mantel right now...

Jim did say how pretty it looked there and I have been a good girl this year Santa...

Join me this week as I share more of my photo shoot from around my nest with this beautiful treasure!

Thank you for visiting ~ have a wonderful week!!

Sandi you and Sandy look like you had a great visit. Does her sister have a passion for the all white as Sandy, I wonder if she has her own streamside studio cottage :)
The mirror is dreamy, I already know you agree :)

Oh, WOW! Now I am extra disappointed we could not make it to your open house. Dang Patriots game!
How special that you got to meet beautiful Sandy and I'm so happy your open house was so successful.
You all look happy and gorgeous in these pics.
I think hubby may have to allow that gorgeous mirror to stay from Santa. :)
