monday blues...

Hello friends!
I enjoyed another wonderful long weekend at my campground!

I hated to come home today.

However, when I came up the street to my house and saw the burst of color on my Hydrangea bush I just had to smile...

So after dinner I went outside and picked a few beautiful blossoms to add the perfect touch of summer color to my nest...

These definitely make being home a bit nicer and give a whole new meaning to having the Monday blues!

I hope you all have a wonderful week!!

Ohmylanta! What a way to say welcome home. I'd give anything to have my hydrangeas look that gorgeous, but sadly...they don't! I'm just thankful they're still alive in this heat. That blue would definitely make things look and feel cooler.

I am so happy my white hydrangea is still alive! I have planted about five blue hydrangea's over the years and none have made it. I will try again for I love their blue color. I would not be 'blue' to come home to yours! Will you share photos of your weekend camping? I love to see your home away from home. Have a beautifully blue week. ox

They are so beautiful. Mine, not so much. I think they are in the wrong spot and I only get a few of the pink or blue blooms. But, I can tell you the white ones, huge, but that's ok because I have a thing for white. I hope you are enjoying your summer.

Thank you Sandi!!
Thank you thank you! for all the comments and support you give me in all my postings! I hope I do the same for you :)

I am always feeding off of all you post looking at all the wonderful inpiration you create. It is hard sometimes when there is so much white out there to compete with and my home being a bit more French rustic I wonder if it is post or blog worthy :) thank you for encouraging the direction I take in my French rustic!!

Keep inspiring your beauty, believe it or not there has been many things and pieces you have that has inspired what I do as well!

Thank you friend!

OH! Your hydrangeas are so gorgeous! I love the blue ones, I used to rent a house that had six blue bushes and I dried dozens of the lovely flowers.
