decisions, decisions...
Do you remember a few White Wednesdays ago when I went thrifting in my own booth and switched from these candles sconces...
To these...
These hang on either side of the windows in my den that I have been giving a little makeover to. The lighting is not the best but here is the full picture...
Well I am trying to decide if I like this look better...
Vintage dreamy white cabinet doors with lots of chipping here and there...
I love the old chippy hinges and look at the pretty glass knobs...
I still have not gone to Ikea to get my drapes. I decided if I go with this look I should hang something with soft color right above each one. I would love to know what look you like best! Speaking of soft color look at this pretty sign I nest atop the windows for spring and summer...
Hoping to see a few of these hopping around outside soon...
I found this wooden Easter Bunny tag at TJ Maxx...
It is pretty big ~ I lean it against my old shutters that I use for a fireplace screen...
Can you believe tomorrow is April 1st! Look at the beautiful photo my kitchen calender will show all month...
Well thank you Kathleen for hosting another White Wednesday. Thank you for stopping by! Hop on over to Faded Charm and take a peek at all the other whites while I try and make a few decisions.

bonjour vivienne...
The lamp was originally a sage green and came with a yellow floral lampshade. I found this dreamy white one on Ebay. I think it adds a bit of romance...

g'day thrifters...
G'day bloggers! My day started off wonderfully this morning...I won the fabulous giveaway from Sarah over at A Beach Cottage! A gift certificate to Anthropologie AND the Australian home magazine Real Living!! Sarah herself was featured in this magazine....can't wait to get my copy! I am sure you all know Sarah and her tale of moving her family from England to her amazing beach cottage in Australia. Her blog is beautiful and inspiring, I know she would love to hear from you! Thank you again Sarah!!
Today I am joining in with other thrifters over at Coastal Charm where Linda is hosting Nifty Thrifty Tuesday. I found this sweet set of 4 Johnson Brothers plates for $3.00...
They are in wonderful condition although the pink one is cracked...
Easy to hide if I tuck it in somewhere, or cover it with a cupcake! The roses on the pretty aqua one are a bit faded...
Maybe those two were the original owners favorites! The yellow one is perfect for a sunny spring day...which we are not having today...
Last but not least is this pretty dove gray one...
I just love them all! I think I will use them for my Easter dinner table then scatter these roses around my house. Until Easter I have them stored in this pretty basket under the table in my den...
Yesterday I showcased the pink plate, today it is the pretty aqua one...
Feathering my nest and making little changes here and there makes me happy! Well today I am over the top happy thanks to Sarah ! G'day thrifters!!

back to the bakery...
Remember this beautiful sign I got from Paula's Etsy shop, Castle & Cottage...
I thought some of my Mom's milk glass plates might look nice underneath but was afraid to commit...
This weekend while working at the shop a customer bought the sweetest little plate...
I was thinking as I wrapped it to go how lovely it is and can't believe I didn't spy it first! I quickly went over to the booth where it came from and believe it or not there was another one! So yesterday I looked for the perfect place for it to nest and look where it ended up...

I think it was meant to be! I read a lovely blog post the other day about rhubarb being the name of a color...somewhere in between pink and red. I can't believe I didn't bookmark the blog, it was so fabulous!! Well I am going to call the border flowers on this plate not pink, not red but rhubarb!
Now I would just like to find the perfect little treasure to hang above my framed scrapbook paper...
I would also like to find some lighter curtains for spring and summer to replace these that my Mom made...
While the pattern is full of soft roses the fabric is a bit heavy looking. Maybe I will find some when I finally get to Ikea to get another pair of drapes for my den.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. I am joining in on the fun over at Metamorphosis Monday hosted by Susan of Between Naps on the Porch for the first time. Please take a few minutes to check out all the wonderful before and afters...have fun!!
