peek in the window...

Thought I would just pop in and ask you to take a peek in the window ~ the front window at The Wrentham Country Store. Mary Ellen changed it up the other day and it looks fabulous... You know I love dreamy whites but I am also loving the colors in the chair and table. Wonderful shabby shades for the fall... Love the chippy headboard...Our local Fox station does a "Zip Trip" each Friday during the summer and highlights a local city or town. Wrentham was the destination a few weeks ago and Mary Ellen and the shop were featured! It was very exciting ~ if you would like to see it you can peek here (a peek at the candy from the Abby comes first, then the shop is next). The shop has been very, very busy lately ~ even before the shout out on Fox. The last few weeks that I have worked I haven't really got a chance to peek at all the wonderful new treasures that the other shop girls have been bringing in. I am busy with customers all afternoon then I have to leave right when the store closes to either drop off or pick up my son from here or there. I do not want summer to end but I am looking forward to being able to get in the shop on a day that I am not working and spend some time fluffing my little corner and hoping to find some new treasures for my nest. Thanks for stopping by today ~ hope you enjoyed a little peek in the window!

Cute post today, Sandi! Loved peeking in that window! :)

That little vintage fan you saw on my blog Wednesday was a real steal from an antique market I went to in June. I had been prowling for one and there it was!!! $12 later, I was happy girl! lol!

Who knew how much fun it would be peeping in someone's window? And to think there people that get arrested for this...oh...I guess maybe that is a DIFFERENT kind of peeping?!?

I love that chair and I like the little table too. I do love white but I alos am loving a little color once Fall rolls around. Thanks for the post-it gave me a little something to drool over. Diana

What a pretty window display!! I have a window booth at our antique store in town but it is hard to make displays like this because of the tiny space. I am still working on it though
!

Hope your having a great weekend! I am taking a break from picking choke cherries to make jam!

It looks wonderful. I love that sweet chair. When I had a room in a shop I used to love decorating it. I must have changed it out every couple of weeks and then frequently we would come in on the day the shop was closed (Monday) and change out all ten rooms. That was a job but so much fun. xoxo

Thanks for the encouraging comments Sandi! It means a lot coming from you since I think your space is SPECTACULAR!!! I'm so excited to begin this new chapter. It's something I've been dreaming of for a long time now. Oh, and remember how you helped me so much with my blog? I'm sure I'll be picking your brain about Etsy in the near future, if you don't mind of course. :o) I'm a little bit away from doing that yet, but it's definitely in the near future. Thanks again for all your help and encouragement!
Blessings and Hugs,
Karen
