more white show sneak peeks...

White Wednesday is once again being celebrated over at Faded Charm and I am joining in to share with you some more sneak peeks for our upcoming At Home With White Show at the shop.

I picked this painting up a few summers ago at a yard sale and it has been back and forth to my booth a few times...

Here is a little peek at what it looks like now...

I have been painting some new signs on vintage beadboard...

As well as gathering some prairie inspired treasures...

I am loving all the shades of vintage whites I am finding...

Maybe next week I will share with you what all these treasures are nesting on!

I have been recycling some old pieces and giving them a new look...

I removed the door to an old music cabinet to sell on it's own.

The old music cabinet looks great with it's new paint job and would make a great storage piece!

I must admit I am feeling the crunch but it is energizing at the same time!  I want to make sure I put enough time into all the little details for display, something I never got to last year.

Now, I must take a moment to share with you a little exciting news from my family.
My son Jake finally made his decision on where he wants to go to college next year...

We are all so proud of you!
You know, I thought it would be easier the second time around, but the happy/sad tears appeared again.
I am dreading the end of the summer even more now.

Thank you Kathleen for hosting and thank you all for visiting!
Have a wonderful day!!

Your stuff for your booth looks great, Sandi. It looks fresh and ready for adoption. I hope it flies right out of your booth.

I remember those bittersweet days of kids fluttering out of the nest and off to school (or to their own lives). It is a happy/sad thing for sure! xo Diana

Congrats to your son for making his college decision. Exciting, and yes, a little sad at the same time (at least for Mom).
Have a great day.

It definitely was not easier for me the second time around because it meant an empty nest. Congratulations to the "to be" collegiate and good luck at your event. It all looks delightful <3

When our girls left for college, I just kept telling myself to be happy that they were excited to start a new chapter in their lives.

I love all of your treasures for your shop. Everything looks amazing!

Congrats to your son!! Our oldest is at a local community college for now before he goes to a university next year. Our middle child will probably go straight to a university. Thankfully, we have a few more years before the youngest will be moving out. :( Not ready.

having it all in the details they say...I do think that is right - or totally minimal with only some killer furniture showing -
either way: have fun!
