Do you remember when I showed you this old trash pick that made me think hidden potential...
Well this is what they ended up as...
I was going to paint them white but decided to leave them be. I just gave them a good cleaning, added a candle and wrapped it in Christmas sheet music...
Then I added them to my booth...
Nice trash to treasure story, don't you think?!! I am joining Debra today for Vintage Inspiration Friday over at Common Ground. Thank you for hosting Debra and thank you for visiting today! Enjoy your weekend!!

Great job! I wasn't even thinking candle stick holders when you pictured the lamps. It's a great trash to treasure and I don't think they'll be in your booth for long!

Nice thinking outside of the box. They are beautiful. Isn't it fun to pick something up and then stare at it to see what else you can see but the obvious? I love doing that.

Great find, love the creativity!
What a great way to repurpose those old lamp bases! Bet you have plans for the rest of the lamps, too!
I am sure that if everybody who passed those lamps could see them now...well they would be kicking themselves for not getting them. Wonderful transformation!

Wow those turned out great and I love the touch of sheet music to the candles... perfect!

What a great way to utilize those "junk" lamps! It took some awesome foresight to decide what you were going to do with them. :-) Sue
That is one of the best ideas I've seen in a long time. I'd never have thought to do that with them. They really look great!
Blessings,
Marcia
This is such a great project...you have a wonderful ability for thinking outside the box! I'm inspired! Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your nice comment!
Beautiful! You have an amazing vision, I'm quite sure I never in a million years would have been able to dream that up... Well done!
You certainly have a decorator's eye, Sandi! What a clever idea! They turned out just beautifully - and I'll bet they won't be in your booth for long! :)

I would buy one of those!!!!
What a great transformation! Did you do anything with the glass globes? I saw a tut. a couple of years ago where the girl filled a glass globe with a lightweight cement mixture and then when it set up she broke the glass and had gorgeous cement orbs for her garden! They were really gorgeous so I always look for just the globe but now you have me looking for ugly lamps! thanks and thank you for the sweet comment, Theresa xoxo
That is totally ingenious!
P.S. – I’m having a Jeanne d’Arc Living Christmas Giveaway!
