I'll be home for Christmas...

We host Christmas every year so we do not have to travel...

I realized that this just might be the last time that all four of us will wake up together on Christmas morning as the princess is thinking about a nest of her own soon...

So, all the memories of Christmas past with my kids seem to be more precious to me this year...

Making me realize how time is passing so quickly...

I am looking forward to making new memories with them this season...

And am trying to feel the joy of the season and not let the sad thoughts get in the way...

So, when I see one of my favorite photos of them that I used for a Christmas card years ago under my little tree I smile...

But I can not promise that there won't be a happy tear too...

I wish they were this little again!
