knock, knock...

Who's there?

Banana.
Banana who?

Knock, knock.
Who's there?

Banana.
Banana who?

Knock, knock.
Who's there?

Orange.
Orange who?
Orange you glad I didn't say banana!

Thank you all for your great inspiration last week.
It was pretty much a tie between the chalkboard and the frame, but as you can see the chalkboard is back in place and the frame won.
Now I am looking for some new pillows to add some color and texture and I want to add a botanical print in the frame.
Oh, and I am also looking for a Spring quote for the chalkboard.
Who knows how long that will take...I am up to my ears in white paint.
Our third annual "At Home With White" show is just about a month away!!
Are you planning to attend?

As you can see, I bought some tulips at the supermarket this week.
I usually buy white ones but they did not have any.
Pink would have been my second choice but these orange ones just looked so pretty!
So I bought them...

I also bought an orange scarf and small orange pocketbook for myself at TJ Maxx.
A little treat for all the hard work for the white show!

Thanks so much for stopping by ~ see you next week!
I promise...no more bad jokes.

Have a wonderful weekend!!

  7. Sandi,
Orange you glad you came home with the orange tulips??? They compliment your color palette, quite nicely!
Your white frame choice is splendid...anxious to see your print inserted!!! I saw a white frame in a Antique Mall booth once that had a bird's nest in the corner and an aqua ribbon cascading down to it then wound twice around the top of the frame with a lop~ear bow. Made my heart flutter!!! I tried to photograph, but with my limited skills and poor lighting, it never looked like the real thing, so I edited it out of my files!!!
I really, really, really need to see some of your finished WHITE SHOW projects!!! You are such an inspiration!!!
    Fondly,
    Pat

I all lookes very pretty together and cheerful.
It has been so dreary around here, so why not add a bit of color.
