busier than santa's workshop...

That is exactly how I felt all week!
I have been busy getting ready for our Holiday Open House this weekend at the shop.
This morning I was in bright and early putting some new vignettes in my booth...

I think I will regret letting that sweet, petite "Ave Maria" book go!

Remember that wonderful old bench Mary Ellen bought when we went on our NH road trip?
Well here it is in her space...

She found the most wonderful treasures to dress it up...

Looks fabulous, doesn't it?!!
So for all you locals don't forget ~ our Holiday Open House starts tomorrow December 3rd and runs for a whole week through December 11th!
We would love to see you!!

In addition to gathering new items for the Holiday Open House I have also been getting my nest ready for a Christmas Party I am hosting for my camping friends.
I put this little off-centerpiece together...

As you can see one of the pillars was missing when I picked this house up on clearance after Christmas one year.  I just used a cigar band and filled it with tiny pine cones!

I am very excited for this weekend ~ the Holiday Open House, seeing my girlfriends (I guess the guys too) and I also am sitting on some exciting news that I promise I will share real soon!

Thanks so much for visiting today.
I am joining LaurieAnna's Vintage Home for Farmhouse Friday ~ thanks for hosting LaurieAnna!
Have a wonderful weekend!!

  7. Love your work. It's so hard to keep a stand going with things leaving (well that is the point) but yours look great.

It would be great to have you join Seasonal Sundays.

  11. I'd love to stop by and see what you've been putting together. I'm so behind on everything since I've been away from home. I'm loving the tiny pine cones in the cigar band- the perfect little touch!
