What's a girl to do with an old set of old wooden stack tables that just won't sell in her space?
Even after she gave them a mini makeover?
You take the table top off and turn this...
into this...
I enlarged this wonderful image from The Graphics Fairy and traced it out. However, this time I actually free handed the detail...
When I saw the sign Jill shared with us last week here at French Inspiration Thursday I was truly inspired.
Thank you Jill.
I have three more new blank "canvases" to work with now!
And what's a girl to do when it is a dreary, rainy day?
She takes a little time out to browse through this...
So excited to have finally found a copy!
Thanks for stopping by!
THAT looks fabulous- Now...can you still use it as a table, too? xo Diana
ReplyDeleteWow Sandi, your sign turned out beautifully! I can't believe you free-handed that, you must have a steady hand:)

Great way to repurpose, Sandi. Your freehand work is lovely. Do you still have snow on the ground there? It's finally cooled off here and is to get colder. Meteorologists are predicting freezing temps for January. These concrete buildings seem even colder and we don't have central heat. Heck, my toes are cold right now and it's only the low 70s. :/ Have a great weekend. Tammy
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! ... I think the hand lettering adds a personal charm to it ... no cookie cutter look here ; )
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see more!

I think you should also paint the legs and sell it as a "dual purpose" item (table/plaque) I could see using this both ways...Love that graphic - great job!
ReplyDeleteHow adorable! Good job on the freehand! That's not so easy, i know!
ReplyDeleteCindy
Good for you for coming up with a new look!
