I was busy yesterday packing it all up but wish I was...
Especially since the weather was so lousy yesterday...
I even packed up some pieces I thought were keepers...
Sigh...
Oh and here is the wonderful old wicker table I bought at the shop a few weeks ago...
I bought it for my entry way which is small as you can see...
What I thought would be a good fit for the makeover is not...
The door hits the table when open and it is too low under the mirror. Speaking of the mirror...
It is a newer one with wonderful detail and I like it but I have one that I bought months ago that I love! I just need to give it a coat or two of white. So I think I just might be packing up the table and mirror for the event this weekend too!
I guess I should just head over to Faded Charm for White Wednesday where I know I will find some inspiration for this entry way makeover.
Thanks for stopping by!
The mirror is beautiful and I hope you find just the right thing to go under it that the door does not hit. I love the pictures you have on the sidebar of around your nest, especially the shot of the single rosees hanging out of the glasses, just beautiful!

Love your whites today. That wicker table is adorable. I wonder what makeover it will have one day???

I do like that wicker table. It looks from the photo as if it's the angle the legs come out that creates the problem. I've been there before. As far as it being too low, something with a tall arrangement on it would look really nice. Yeah, done that before too. That mirror is gorgeous. Look forward to seeing what happens there.

It's always nice to change things up. I haven't done that in a while as I like the arrangement in the living room at the moment. You need just a small bench or something to put under that mirror ... of course, you are talking about changing out the mirror. I have so much stuff around here ... it's like an obstacle course everyone has to maneuver their way through. :) Hope things warm up around there. Best wishes, Tammy
ReplyDeletethat "event" is looking like it's going to be absolutely magnifique! those are some gorgeous "whites." happy WW! :)

I'm sure it's hard to part with items that you love so much.....maybe that's why I don't have a shop :)
ReplyDeleteYour beautiful whites will sell quickly. Let us know how the sale goes.
Jane
I would do anything to be "by the sea" right now...What a beautiful vignette!

The little table is so cute, you'll find another perfect place for it. I hope you have a wonderful weekend with your special event. Looking forward to hearing all about it:)
ReplyDeleteI'm sure that you will be lucky and find just the perfect one. How about building a shelf with some old vintage wood and mount it to the wall (table level)...this works really weel in a narrow space.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Linda
Everything looks great! I don't know how you'll let any of it go. I would just turn the mirror the other way and keep it! It's so hard to sell off what you love.
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed weekend!
Missy
Hi Sandi!!
ReplyDeleteI received my lovely gifts yesterday! Thank you very much.
I love the eggs and the heart is very sweet!!
I have to say that i cannot get over how cheap the US postal service is!!! OMG that box would have cost $15 to ship..even just in Canada!!! Can you imagine that times 5 ?!! I almost fell over when i saw it was on $2 that is about a legal envelope price here!
Have a great weekend!
Pam xo

ReplyDeleteHey Sandi....I hope everything has gone well this weekend. I think you have some treasures there to pack up. I do love that mirror too. So sorry about the sweet little wicker table not working in the space, but I bet you find the perfect place for it somewhere.

That old wicker table is so cute! Too bad it didn't work in your entry. Have fun at your sale. Wish I could shop at your store.

Oh this was so much fun browsing thru. Your tent sale was amazing. We never have anything like that around here. I keep thinking I want to do a barn sale but really have no one that would be willing to do the work with me. But I can dream and continue to browse yours. Kudos for a wonderful job and how exciting you go to many so many bloggers! xo
