lovely gift...


Sharing a lovely gift from a friend for
Timewashed's Blissful Whites Wednesday
and
Petite Michelle Louise's Grey Dey Thursdey.

We closed up our trailer for the season this past weekend.
(And celebrated my 50th birthday.)
I am already counting the days until next season!

Now it's time to focus on projects around the house.
First up...my bedroom, and I am looking for the perfect shade of grey ~ any suggestions?

    Personally, I like grey that has a hint of lavender to it...but that's just me:)

    WOO HOO! 50 years!! I am 54 and feel like I am 35 most days, however those days I feel like 90 also creep in now and then. ha!!

    Funny you should mention shades of gray. I, too, am preparing to make a change in the Guest Room. Yesterday, I went to our local Sherwin~Williams and picked up a trifold sampler called Essentials Classic and Contemporary. Inside are amazing choices including grays, taupes and grayed hues with undertones of violet, blue and green. I was thrilled; as I had read in a back issue of Traditional Home Magazine that gray with a green hue reflects the light within the room.
    I'm leaning towards Wordly Gray Sw 7043 and Agreeable Gray SW7029.

    I'll be watching to see the evolving of your bedroom, dear one!!!
