I did a little Fall decorating today...
I love the size of these white pumpkins but am on the look out for the baby boos...
I have been using pieces I already have, saving money for when I begin my bedroom makeover.
But I did buy one new piece (ssshhh, don't tell Jim), I couldn't resist the faux mercury glass owl...
I want to put a lil' white pumpkin atop the candlestick as well as filling one of my favorite silver baskets with them...
I have more to do but am busy getting ready for the Vintage Fall Market Weekend at the shop...
That's my Nana...I love this photo of her!
Tell me...do you use white pumpkins in your Fall decorating or do you stick with the traditional orange ones?
Thank you for visiting!!
The little white pumpkins go so well with just about any decor, I like to use them inside and use the orange outside. I have downsized my fall decorations in the last few years but it's so hard to walk by something that says, "Buy me!!" I found two candles the other day that gave me that line! lol!
ReplyDeleteGood luck this weekend. It sounds like so much fun! :)
XO,
Jane
White pumpkins-my favorite. White always make me think "coooool," and I'm so ready for cooler temperatures. I hope the 90's are almost over here in Georgia.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful vignettes, Sandi! Love that saying on your chalkboard. It's so very true! I used to use orange pumpkins when I first moved into our farmhouse. Then the French-Nordic bug took over and I switched them out for white ones. Last year, I didn't use them at all for some reason. lol

Ha Sandy,
ReplyDeleteYou know me with white. I love white pumpkins too. Your decor is looking great. I love the mercury owl.
Kris
Lovely. I especially like the white mirror. Happy fall to you!
ReplyDeleteI use both, Sandi- Depends on which room I am decorating. The kids love the bright ones and I love the soft colored ones.
ReplyDeleteLove the picture of your Nana. I can tell you loved her lots! xo Diana
I love the white pumpkins--do not care for the orange. Your decorating looks lovely. I need some tiny white pumpkins and so far have only seen the big ones in the stores. I should have grown some!
ReplyDeleteLove the white pumpkins. Your autumn decoration is beautiful.Love the mirror and the double frame too.
ReplyDeleteHugs from here
so pretty!! Last night I told my husband that I really really need some baby boos. And he was like, "baby booze", what is that?!?! It was so funny!
ReplyDeleteI have that owl too! Home Goods, right? Love the white pumpkins. I can't seem to find any here and it's killing me!
ReplyDeleteJeanine
It's looking good over at your house! I have yet to even think about fall decorating! I'm so behind the times. LOL
ReplyDeleteSandi, I like all your fall decor. The owl is sweet. xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteHi Sandy,
ReplyDeleteIs there any other colour then white for a pumpkin?
Unless its those grey ones Lol!
Love your fall/Autumn over here, it's going to be pure excitement from here on in, loving all that the colder more grayer days will bring and each inspiring holiday.
Lots of beauty you create, I will be watching what idea I can steal from you!
Lots of fall inspiration

No Fall decorating going on around here. It's still 110 degrees out there every day. The owl is very sweet. Have a great rest of the week. Tammy
ReplyDeleteWHITE of course! However, I love your new owl. May I ask where you found it? Would love one for myself and a friend.
ReplyDeleteThanks.

Cute! Seriously lovely decor and decorating. I definitely love the white pumpkins, large and small. I have developed a reputation for loving them, so my friends have been setting me up.
