Hello!
It sure has been hard for me to get back into blogging for some reason.
Although I did enjoy catching up with you all this past week (but I am sure I still missed a few things).
Heck, it's been hard getting back to reality after 7 fun days in the sun, even though the weather has been beautiful here in New England!
However with our At Home With White Show at the shop just one short month away I have been busy gathering and painting.
Would you like a little peek?
I thought so...
As you can see I still have more painting to do.
One piece I am on the fence about is my dress form.
I took off the purplish fabric and now she looks like this...
After I dressed her up with some items headed for the show I thought I should leave her as is...
I liked the contrast and then she would be a blank canvas for someone else's vision.
What do you think?
(Are you reading this Michelle?)
Mary Ellen painted one of her dress forms and it looks wonderful.
Take a peek at her blog to see for yourself as well as seeing some more white show sneak peeks.
I still need to find a few more pieces for my outfits but am off to a good start with the beautiful scarf I won from Kate...
Thank you so much Kate ~ I love it!!
I have a lot more to share, but you will have to wait until next week to see more!
I am sharing with Faded Charm for White Wednesday ~ thank you Kathleen for hosting!
Thank you all for stopping by ~ have a wonderful day!
Sandi, I enjoyed peeking. Lots of cute things to see. Smiles, Susie(She Junks)
ReplyDeleteYou have some beautiful things and I loved the young lady all dressed up!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad that you had a wonderful time, it is hard getting back to reality after a great vacation.

It amazes me what all people are painting. I always think now why didn't I think of that. The children's blocks for one. I think your dress form is like Cinderella when she gets all dolled up. She looks pretty darn good.
ReplyDeleteLoe all of your whites and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your dress form just as she is!!!!!!!!!!! Just my opinion;) lol
