etsy sale...

Happy New Year!
I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful evening!

This morning my head is swirling with ideas...
for myself,
my home,
my blog,
my booth,
my etsy shop.

As for myself...the new year diet begins on Monday.
This old cottage nest has some projects already in progress, and thanks to all the wonderful inspiration here in blogland, more projects are being added to my list ~ daily.
I want a new look for my blog ~ a professional makeover.
As for my booth, it is going to get a makeover as well with some new shelving.  I want to fill it with a mix of chippy whites, farmhouse treasures and a few industrial pieces and hope to make it all work together.
That means lots of road trips are on the horizon!

I think I will start by having a sale in my etsy shop.
I would like to stock it with the same style of items that I want to have in my booth.
All the roses and shabby items that left my nest and my booth are in my shop.

Well I am off to take down the tree and put all my Christmas decorations away for another year.
What do you have planned for today?

Thanks for visiting!!

  3. Hi Sandi~ I'm anxious to see what you've got planned for your blog. Today, I painted a mirror for my bathroom and finished up a furniture decoupage project, which I'll be posting to my blog sometime this week.

  4. I love your header! So very creative and I'm sure you'll keep us all inspired with your creations in the new year. I was going to go to Paris, but that didn't work out:-)
Actually, I took a trip over to a large monthly antique show...the next best thing.
Wishing you all the best in 2012.

  6. Hey Sandi - Well, aren't you the organized and determined girl. lol! I'm with ya, though! Especially with the diet thing. ugh. I've been running on my treadmill and ellipticall-ing my buns off lately....which all resulted in a 2 pound weight GAIN! AGH!!!! Anyway, we can DO this, girl! We'll be bootilicious by springtime! :) I'm looking forward to seeing what you have in store for your blog and your shop!

  8. Hey Sandi, sounds like lots of changes in store for you. Good luck with everything. I don't do diets, just eat right, everything in moderation, and walk. My ankle is still not 100% but I hope to slowly get back into walking again. Yesterday was way too blustery so hubby nixed the idea though and then I got busy in the kids room. Ugh! Organizing and purging takes forever. Today I paint. Best wishes to you for a great week. Tammy

  11. Happy New Year Sandi!!! I'll have to check out your Etsy sale:)

Thankfully, I started my diet LAST January 1st and stuck to it all year long so I entered this new year with all the behind me...aside from about 4 Xmas pounds but that's to be expected:)

    Here's to a wonderful 2012:)
