working studio...

We are going back into my studio today so I can show you a few little projects I have been working on.  First take a peek at the other vignette I put together...
I found a few of these little old boxes months ago and put them in my booth soon realizing they are keepers.  Each treasure of this vignette are little pieces of inspiration to me for my home and for my booth.  A sweet little lavender sachet gives a nod to my new found love of all things farmhouse and has found a home nesting with some vintage sheet music..
I used my new favorite "Whispering Hope" to soften the wood box against my old favorite table...
I also tucked some sheet music in the box along with some of my dried hydrangeas...

And just to show you that I really do work in my studio, do you remember these...
The old lamp parts I made into candle holders?  I sold a few before Christmas and I took the rest home and now they look like this...

I also whitened up this mirror...
And asked myself why didn't I do it in the first place...

I am happy I finished these just in time for White Wednesday (thanks Kathleen)!  I am sure this new year will be bringing more wonderful white inspiration to Faded Charm!  Hope you all have a nice day!!

And I really love your idea of repurposing the lamp bases! How creative, I never would have thought of that! I just may have to borrow your idea:) Thanks for all of the great inspirations!
